Ann Bray
Revered in the professional haircare industry as “The Educator’s Educator”, Aquage Master Artist, Ann Bray, was knighted L’Ordre de la Chevalerie, one of the highest honors from Intercoiffure. She was also the NAHA award winner for Long Hair and Intercoiffure Createur de Mode award winner. Ann Bray is one of Aquage’s leading educators at the Masterclass Academy, which received Launchpad Magazine’s Readers Choice Award for Best Academy in the professional salon industry. Ann trained the only U.S. hairdressing team that won Gold Medals at the World Championship of Hairdressing. At the Aquage Academy, Ann’s signature styles, impeccable craftsmanship and artistry inspire attendees to grow both creatively and financially. Always in motion, Ann was part of The Hunger Games hairdressing team for the second film in the series, Mockingjay-Part 2. Never one to rest after finishing a project, she is currently working on multiple ventures with top celebrities like Ben Affleck, James Franco, Leonardo DiCaprio and Selena Gomez as part of the team creating styles for their upcoming films.
Jeffrey Goldenstein
Jeffrey Goldenstein began his career at the tender age of 18. Throughout his employment with Vidal Sassoon, his first eleven years in the industry, Jeffrey has trained and taught all over the country including: San Francisco; Chicago; Los Angeles; New York and, of course, London. Jeffrey joined the Van Michael team in 2000. His avant garde approach to hairdressing and technical skills have made him one of the company’s most sought-after hairdressers. Jeffrey is actively involved with both the Van Michael education team and show team. His patience and hands-on teaching methods keep him quite busy with Van Michael’s in-house education and outside workshops around the country. His keen eye and creative skills have earned him a spot on the coveted Van Michael show team.
Laura Gibson
Laura is a certified Master Colorist and Balayage Specialist on the L’Oréal Professionnel Balayage team based out of Washington DC. Laura specializes in Balayage because she believes it gives clients endless options for a sexy, natural, and dimensional color that's customized to their own natural beauty. Her never ending passion for her craft motivates her to learn everything she can from not only all the advanced education she has taken over the years, but also her talented L’Oréal Professionnel Mentors. When not working behind the chair, Laura is spreading her love for color either at the L’Oréal Professionnel SOHO Academy or on the road. Her charismatic and fun personality paired with her knowledge of color makes for an educational experience that leaves you feeling inspired.
Mark Holloway
Mark’s passion for hair developed in his family’s salon in Los Angeles. He officially began his career in 1987 as a cutter at a top academy in L.A. and worked at some of L.A.’s top salons before relocating to South Florida in 1994. Mark is now Creative Director at McAllister Spa on Miami Beach and was selected as one of only six International Guest Artists for KMS California, travelling the world styling for fashion events and red carpet premieres. A dedicated industry professional, Mark’s portfolio comprises prestigious ad campaigns and editorial tear sheets. Mark has now joined the Goldwell family to share and teach his love for color.
Sean Casey
Sean is a seasoned barber with 15 years of quality experience in personal and corporate hair styling. He is a dedicated leader with a history of success in unique designs and barber shop management and ownership. Currently, he owns two barbershops called TwinCutz, the first one opened in 2010 and the second location opened in 2013. Sean is involved in several public relations initiatives such as New York Barber Battle 3 and Xotics hair battle.
